The Walkden House Hotel is situated in the Centre of Blackpool. It is less than a five minute walk from the hotel to the famous Blackpool Tower, The Winter Gardens or the recently refurbished Grand Theatre. Also there is the promenade to enjoy a stroll along, the beach and all the fun of the seaside, Central Pier with all its family fun, trams and during September and October those famous "Blackpool Illuminations."
The Walkden House Hotel is an exceptionally clean and friendly, family run licensed hotel were you are guaranteed a warm welcome from Chris and Julie. Open all year round, Walkden House is a 12 bedroom guest house offering family, double, twin or single occupancy rooms.
The hotel tariff ranges from £20.00 - £25.00 per person per night dependant on the time of year; one night stays are welcome (apart from bank holiday weekends) but the longer you stay the less you pay per night. Children are welcome, under 3's go free, and 12 - 16 year olds are 1/2 price when sharing with 2 full paying adults.
Also watch out for summer and half term mid-week specials, Monday to Friday stay £65.00 for adults, £30.00 for children aged from 12 to 16. (This offer is based on two full paying adults).
The Walkden House Hotel offers you good clean accommodation with most rooms being en-suite. All rooms offer you a comfortable bed with crisp linen, soft fresh towels which are changed on a daily basis, soap and a fresh flannel in each room. Each room also has tea and coffee making facilities with biscuit's all of which are replenished daily throughout your stay.
At The Walkden House Hotel you get a great breakfast included in the price of your stay with cereals or fruit and yoghurt for starters, there is also unlimited orange juice or water available.
Unlimited tea, coffee and toast throughout the breakfast, which consists of fried bread, sausage, bacon, egg, hash brown, beans, fresh grilled tomato, and mushrooms. Evening meals are available on request starting from as little as £5.00 per person, details of meal offers can be sent on request.
